Back Here is an iOS app that helps people recognize, understand, and manage maladaptive daydreaming — an intense, immersive form of daydreaming that can interfere with focus, time, and daily life. It's the first product from Quite Orbit M LLC, built to bring a private, often misunderstood experience into a tool people can actually use.
